Dr. Yu "April" Chen is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at Louisiana State University (LSU), specializing in higher education research with a focus on community college transfer students, STEM success for underrepresented populations, and international student experiences. Her work employs advanced statistical and qualitative methodologies to address critical equity issues in postsecondary education.
